Our team provided cost-saving insights, design recommendations, and value-engineered solutions to steer the development through to completion—delivering a high-volume, budget-conscious renovation that elevated the property without unnecessary delays or code entanglements.
Scope
Building-Wide Improvements: Surface-level refacing with minimal floorplan or system alterations; plumbing repairs; HVAC upgrades; minimally invasive electrical updates to avoid costly code overhauls; fire suppression alterations
Unit Work (60 Units): Fire-rated wafer light installation, kitchen cabinet installs, tankless water heaters, fixture installs, new LVP flooring, new tile baths, interior door installs, kitchen backsplash installations
Common Areas: 1,500+ ft of hallway tile, new tile in shared hallways, new paint, hallway drops to accommodate electrical upgrades, lobby renovations with ceiling coffer and circular accent drop, fire-rated door installation, extensive staircase work
